Step 3: Application Fee Payment

Step 4: Academic Processing

Wait 2–3 business days for the SSHE Admission Committee in Switzerland to review your dossier and verify your academic standing.

Step 5: Preliminary Acceptance

If your application meets our Swiss standards, a Preliminary Acceptance Letter will be issued. This is your first official step toward becoming a Swiss-based student.

Step 6: Tuition & Admission Fee Settlement

Step 7: Visa Documentation (For Non-EU Students)

Once payment is confirmed, SSHE will issue the official "Voucher" and supporting documents required by the Swiss Embassy for your student visa application.

Step 8: Swiss Student Visa Application

Apply for your Category D Student Visa at the Swiss Embassy. Our dedicated "Pathways Team" at SSHE Egypt provides guidance on interview preparation and document organization to maximize your approval chances.
